Health
Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. Your appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments and No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a $40 no-show fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 40% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion. A $15 rescheduling fee may apply.
Deposits
New clients are required to submit a $30 deposit to secure their appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with 24 hours notice.
Service Guarantee
All services include a two-week guarantee covering lifting or chipping due to application issues.
This does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, or normal wear.
